POOR CLARE MONASTERY
OF THE HOLY EUCHARIST
This is the prophecy of St. Francis as he was building the Church of San Damiano, come and help build the monastery… for ladies will dwell here who will glorify the heavenly Father throughout his holy Church by their celebrated and holy manner of life.

As they continue to move on the path of making God’s holy will and theirs one, the Lord continues to pour His bountiful grace, nurturing and cradling this community through those who continually assist them in their material and spiritual needs: benefactors, friends, religious and priests who give them an increased understanding of the mystery of Christ to strengthen their commitment to their vocation and their growth toward wholeness.
In order to come to the fullness of their vocation, it is not enough to start off well but to continue growing in the grace of God serving faithfully the Lord right to the end of their lives. (GC Art. 262)
